Organization Design
The first step was to structure the organizational design. It's not just about building a team, it's about ensuring everyone knows their role and is clear about how their contributions move the company towards success.
Mapping the squads where designers will work is important for strategic team management and visibility for the company.
During the pandemic, we created online onboarding to integrate new members into the team's culture and goals, ensuring diversity and a national vision of the client.
